LeanWerks Suite installation requires an experienced IT person with a strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and products including but not limited to SQL and .NET. ShopWerks Software does not include installation or support time in the base price, as it is not easily determined just what requirements each installation has prior to the actual install. It is our intent to provide you the customer with the lowest possible out-of-pocket expense as possible. We don’t like to issue unexpected costly oversights any more than you like to receive them.
Each install will be quoted upon customer request and include a daily fee along with any training sessions requested in addition to airfare, lodging, meals, car rental and any miscellaneous expenses for the duration of the install at customers site.
Installation fees will be payable at 50% down and 50% on completion.
Support options will be quoted at customer request and require credit card payment.
ShopWerks will provide free of charge for the first 30 days normal support assistance by phone or email and internet connection if available.
